At FitFlop Malaysia, we want you to love your new shoes, which is why we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your footwear is in its original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes back in their original FitFlop box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off or Collection
Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized NinjaVan or PosLaju location across Malaysia.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
